It was a great pleasure being here, this is honestly the best soft skills/ leadership course i have been to. Very well thought of , very well detailed, the choice of leaders in each project was well thought of. The central presentations and the whole crew were very experienced with people.
Great course that has truly helped me in changing my mindset into being a better person that can lead people to success.

I was very anxious coming into this course as I felt I knew what it would entail and push me to face. I was right. But my anxiety over this made things so much worse as this was a truly amazing experience and made all the better for the team I was chosen to be with, oh and Bill 😉

I had a very positive experience with the Leadership Trust course. The program created a safe and engaging environment where I was able to reflect on my own leadership style, gain new insights, and practice skills that will help me build stronger relationships and lead with greater impact.

The project part has been a challenge and opportunity particularly as it does not directly impact my day job and therefore also my line manager's BAU deliverables. This seemed to be the same for almost everyone. Whilst there isn't the same urgency and attention that comes with having a real deadline and something that you are accountable for it does have the benefit of being a nice distraction I think you have to be careful in those projects and particularly if there is less choice for later cohorts. Having a project, or even project choices, that naturally fits one of the team and their day job may not help and can lead to a lot of bias and some people may even be pushing their own, or their function's, agenda. Sometimes it's nice to have a neutral project where that bias is less evident and so I'd take care in that and make sure that the benefit of the diverse functions continues
