I found the staff training course really useful and it gave me a better understanding of what is expected in my role. I learned some new things and also had the chance to refresh my knowledge. Billy was a really good teacher and was very helpful, patient and nice throughout the training. He explained everything clearly and made everyone feel comfortable. Abigail has also been really helpful in supporting us with finding a job and giving us advice and guidance. The two people who came to help us with our CVs were also really helpful and gave us good advice on how to improve them. I really appreciate all the support and help we have received from everyone.
This course was extremely well put together the tutor billy was great making sure everybody understood and making sure he was explaining clearly for everyone to understand I couldn’t recommend this course anymore and especially billy he’s a great well trained tutor

Good course. Adrian, Lee and Rhyan were great tutors, can't fault them. Made us feel at ease and taught us in a way that we understood and demonstrated patience with everyone.
