Great guy billy ,good fun very knowledgeable, top bloke
I thought our tutor Billy portrayed the course very well and it was a lot easier with Billy, I gained a lot of confidence in a big group and that is thanks to the involvement in the course would highly recommend this course and Billy is a great tutor.
The trainer Billy was very knowledgeable and explained all of the topics very well.
I enjoyed how inclusive to everyone Billy was, he had good laugh but could also get the work done would recommend him 10 out of 10

the course overall was great Billy himself conducted the course very well, he gave us all of the information that we needed to fill in the work booklets, but the booklets themselves are useless need to give billy some leeway and let his design the booklets for the course as i feel like some of the questions were useless and could have been presented a bit better.
Happy with the course overall and coverage of the topics covered. Well taught and explained by Billy.
