I’ve learned a lot this week, if I was unsure of anything Billy was great at taking his time to explain it better. I would’ve definitely stayed throughout the whole course to learn more and gain some skills if it was otherwise.
Billy was an awesome tutor
Overall i am satisfied with the course, as mentioned it has allowed me to gain satisfactory knowledge and steer headed me into a new career which is something i have been wanting to do for a while, especially coming from a different background career wise i was quite anxious weather i can excel and do well in the 2 weeks and not fail, but Rhyan made sure that all students had everything that they needed to do well. On top of that amy and will who came in helped alongside in preparation for future jobs. The only downside would be the location of the venue as it’s not central to Newcastle and some of the tools in the course, and classroom in the warehouse.
I am very pleased to take part in this course and meet new people. It has boosted my confidence and will help in my future employment. I am competent in Lean Six Sigma and will apply it to my new role to improve productivity and be more efficient. Jodie Owen Group
