I loved the course and was really happy I gave it a chance and ended up really enjoying the experience and learning alot of useful information
Overall I think this course was very worth while as it has now given me more options of places of employment and the tutor in particular was excellent in including supporting every member regardless of how often the support was needed.
Billy was very supportive and provided adaptations throughout my course. I gained valuable skills and knowledge in express delivery and lean operations and management techniques. But most importantly, I gained the confidence I needed to succeed. I am grateful to Billy for his support. I would not have been able to complete this course without him. I am also grateful to the company for giving me the opportunity to learn and grow.
I think billy the tutor did a fantastic job of presenting the course material. He allowed for everyone to say their opinions and express themselves in whatever way they wanted which as someone who suffers with a disability (Autism) it was very refreshing and pleasing to see. He also personally showed a lot of care towards myself in relation to my personal problems which as someone who had only just met me didn’t need to do however he was genuinely considerate and truthfully made me cry a little when I got home, he is a wonderful man and a brilliant tutor. The tutors Billy, Claire and Jordie helped me alot during the course to understand the importance of health and safety. they explained everything properly and helped us understand at our own speeds. Will and Amy came and really helped with constructing our CVs which was an eye opener.
I have enjoyed every lesson Billy was very nice. He gave loads of explanation on each individual subject. I have learnt a lot on this course.
The reason i came on the course was to see whether at my age Icould improve my chance of employment in a different sector.Ifeel that after completing it IWould be able to go into a different area.
Everything things went well. The course was well presented by both trainers and others. My regret is only that the trainers spoke very quickly. This is great for a native British but can be a barrier for someone who has just joined the country.
I found the course much better than any previous type of training course I've done. Trainers Billy and Claire were really helpful and engaging gave constructive feedback when needed and were very clear with everything
