The training was really involving and interesting. It absolutely helped me gain confidence of how to interact with our customers, amazing for my professional growth.
It was an excellent session. With areas such as this, the content is only as valuable as the facilitation and I thought Gilly's delivery was exceptional. It's very easy for such content to get a bit 'dry', especially due to the level of introspection required, but the upbeat, energetic and fun way that it was handled just helps to get involvement and to make it a useful group experience.
Overall, I think this session has making our team closer to each other and perhaps can ease some tensions when we think about the other people disc profile. I love they way Gilly make the session almost as a comedian show! I laughed so much and loved it.
The course was very interactive and Gilly was great, getting everyone involved. Overall, very good day and I’ve come away with some key takeaways to try improve my style and make small changes to help me going forward.
