Overall, I think this session has making our team closer to each other and perhaps can ease some tensions when we think about the other people disc profile. I love they way Gilly make the session almost as a comedian show! I laughed so much and loved it.

The course was very interactive and Gilly was great, getting everyone involved. Overall, very good day and I’ve come away with some key takeaways to try improve my style and make small changes to help me going forward.
