Good course flowed well good instructor

I am fairly new to the Risk Management side of my Business and finally booked myself to attend a NEBSOH - National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety which I have found challenging but rewarding. David and Gary have made an intensive course feel very logical, broken down and have played a huge part in taking various levels of experience and incorporating learning with examination technique and answer style as a core metric. The progression on day 5 from day 1 is enormous and this is down to real tutors who apply the knowledge into a real life scenario and context and want to help you pass. Michelle has been very helpful in ensuring students are looked after beyond the 09:00am - 17:00pm framework and has delivered helpful and timely responses to a variety of questions!

Gary was superb, with great knowledge and presence. Held the room very well and kept it interesting.

Stacey was very knowledgeable and made each subject feel relevant to the workplace. I also appreciated that when you answered a question incorrectly, he made you feel comfortable and supported. This was a noticeable improvement compared with the first week, where it didn’t feel as easy to participate or speak up.

The course for me was engaging, informative, easy to follow, and very well organized. The instructor explained concepts clearly, and the resources provided were genuinely helpful. I feel more confident in the subject thanks to this course!
