A lot of info crammed into 1 day. Ok for a refresher but those new to or carry out incident investigations infrequently would need additional support in practice.

I felt this course was led at great pace to allow focus on where it really needed to be, this in turn made the week a great learning experience with the risk assessment. Thank you

Bob is a very knowledgeable and competent trainer. He has an easy style which kept the whole group engaged fully throughout the week. He was always willing to answer questions and gave further explanations to his answers with examples to ensure understanding. 10/10

I really enjoyed the training course today. It was explained exceptionally well which made the information received easy to understand. Nothing was too much trouble if clarification was needed and I honestly feel as though I now understand what is required of me to enable accurate emission reporting which is a massive bonus so thank you.
