Overall the course has been extremely disappointing, this has been explained in detail in my feedback for weeks 1 and 2. I also believe that the content from IEMA is massively out of date, examples provided were from 10 years ago and no longer relevant. What has saved things for Astutis is that our week 3 tutor Mike has been exceptional. I really enjoyed the final week due to the way he delivered the course. Clearly he is very experienced and this came across, and he was able to hold the attention of the group and ensured we had adequate breaks and breakout activities. I am still unhappy overall but really glad you found Mike for us for our final week.

Very informative

Not really learned anything new from this training. Enjoyed the interactive break outs with the GM's and sharing ideas, knowledge etc. Overall I would say that 60% of the attendees looked disengaged and were busy emailing and not engaged. They were not engaging much in the questions from Isabelle other than the two SHEQ heads that attended. Was good for the GM's to get a reminder of their responsibilities under RCE00 and the behavioral focus was good.

Would be nice to have the same tutor all at way though

This was a good course which highlighted the importance of the health and safety aspects within the workplace and specifically obligations. There were aspects that can be applied into the workplace to aid risk assessment on products as part of development.

The course and tutor was very good but I did feel I covered all of these topics many times before. All education is greatly received and appreciated but not sure this was best fit for me.
