As a fire Marshall / warden course I think this is invaluable course and more people if not all in Yusen should attend. This should not however be linked as an Evacuation Controller.
Ravi was engaging and knowledgeable and ensured all members were involved.
Chris as a tutor was brilliant, very engaging and had loads of knowledge. However the health and safety topic I find to be quite boring personally which is not a reflection of how Chris presents his class. Overall I did enjoy it.
Gary was a great tutor! He was very informative and kept the content interesting.
Mike was very knowledgeable. I felt a little sorry for him, he was rushing through the legal stuff on Wednesday and Thursday specifically - It felt there wasn't enough time to go through the legislation in any detail. Mike sort of shut down discussion, but I think he did it to get through all the stuff he needed to talk about. It felt like we needed to know about some of the legislation in advance to do some of the breakout room exercises.
Very good training, but there is still a lot to learn
