Second time I’ve had Stacey for a course I find them very interesting because he is so enthusiastic.

Tudor excellent skill

Course was delivered in a informative and interactive manner. Huw was very engaging.

This course does not do well on line, it would be much better as an in person course. It was frustrating that so many of the interactive sessions were skipped, but we did more this time than in Week 1. Both tutors displayed a depth of knowledge about the subject matter that was impressive and their style was better. However, Huw did occasionally digress but I liked his examples, he did also have a tendency to talk over people and not let them finish. David was similar but on one occasion he cut me off and refused to let me speak because he assumed I was going to say something incorrect. I found this very rude and it annoyed me to the extent that I left the class. He made no attempt to check in with me following this incident. It must be quite difficult to get the balance right when you have a diverse group like ours, we had a number of people who knew a lot already but there were some of us who knew very little. That made it difficult to ask questions and it could feel quite awkward. This has left a couple of us feeling unsure about certain elements.

Helpful course

The course was presented well and the Tutor had great knowledge and made people feel comfortable enough to ask questions when needed.

I feel it would have been beneficial to have had an editable risk assessment form and separate pictures for the exercises as they were very small.

clear and concise course that provided plenty of exercises and examples, with the trainer being very engaging and knowledgeable.

Very interesting topic and keen to use it in my job role.
