I did a one day course 20 years ago and this knocks spots off that one which was as dull as dishwater. Detailed, informative but never boring! Very good.

Isabel was thorough in her delivery of the topic, she provided clear instructions on the material and open to receive questions. She also provided a daily recaps on the previous day’s material.

The course was extremely informative and covered all aspects of the HSE document on CDM and gave good examples and working scenarios. The team interactions worked well and gave plenty of opportunity to discuss scenarios. The only niggles were the exam format - text was a little small and some graphics obscured part of one of the questions. Other than that really good.
