The content of the training course was delivered very professional, giving enough time for breaks and the exercises are very clear showing how to practice for the Exam.

Very happy with the course, Ravi has the patience of a saint in face of some technical difficulties and her teaching style is perfect for getting maximum benefit from the week. High quality course notes which are useful not just for the course but the future also.
