Good balance between theory and group sessions. breakour gruops remained consistant which encouraged communication and sharing of opinions. Trainer very knowlegable in all areas covered and was able to answer all questions posed.
Another great course, it was helpful that the course timings were restructured to assist with the increase in heat, it massively helped!
