The course was well put together but confusingly the printed handbook did not marry up with the PowerPoint slides.
It was convenient to have the course at our site and as we are a small group it was good to have the flexibility to widen discussion which made the course relevant to real life scenarios. The tutor had lots of real world experience which was invaluable.
Dave is a very knowledgeable trainer with great workplace experience. 5*
