Very clear explanations of CDM. Answered my questions which was useful for me in my role.

Good balance between theory and discussion, with a strong emphasis on leadership behaviours and building capability. It prompted useful reflection and practical actions rather than box-ticking.

I don’t think the course was pitched at the level of delegates. Needs to be more targeted and focused on core skills that can be applied.
