A lot to get through but delivered well by Steve Jackson
A lot of senior staff on this. Interaction was not as expected. A lot of talking and just listening.
Bob delivered the course very clearly and calmly, always having time for any questions or queries.
Felt Stefan showed incredible enthusiasm towards delivering the course and was very knowledgeable as well as having a good sense of humour. Was not looking forward to the course but Stefan really did make the experience worth while
