Excellent instructor helped understand the subject

Great tutor

An informative course. I was surprised by how much i knew already about having a health and safety policy and its implementation. It was very interesting to see how it all fits together from board level down to the operatives / staff and why the reporting goes back up.

Course was presented well on a topic that is sometimes hard to hold everyone's attention. Good discussion in break out rooms

Great intervention from Isabel, enough break in between the presentation and exercises which avoid becoming annoying.

Lots of information to get through but tutor was very knowledgeable and got through the info in a quick and concise manner.

Trainer was very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like I've learnt a lot.

Vastly more knowledgeable than when I went into the training session.

It was very insightful, but I do feel an in person training within the office would be great in order to identify things within the office. Overall I came away feeling pretty clued up on what my role is though.

This could have been a difficult course to run with it being virtual and an all day, however the pace of the course and break schedule meant the course was very well executed.
