An excellent course delivery by Gary. However, we (the delegates) did uncover a number of possible errors or wording issues between the course book and the example exam questions provided.

The course was well led by Steve, and well covered by Debbie on the Wednesday, both Tutors had a good understanding of the subject material. Some areas were quite heavy with information but the breakout sessions helped to level this out and keep engagement across the group.

It would be great if the workbook has answers or atleast the structure of answer, so that it gets easier to get used to exam pattern and better understand the course content

Stacey Collins, our tutor was absolutely brilliant with delivering the course material which was quite large bit of an information. Mr. Collins delivered the course without any issues and kept us engaged throughout the course. Thank you very much.

Overall the tutor gave us his best within the limited time we had, I believe the course should be at least 10 days NG1 and 10 days NG1. I enjoyed the course and had the freedom to ask anything and Stacy was so patient to repeat the info again and again lol. Thank you for everything. I do hope we all pass the exam.

Very interesting training session, tutor was very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. Although it was a long session there were sufficient and regular breaks during it which meant that the training went at a suitable pace without becoming too dry.

Adam is a great tutor. Extremely knowledgeable and conscientious.

Very well paced and structured, delivery was great by Adam, on a topic which is not known as the most interactive and exciting, a lot of content to work through but was kept relevant and engaging by doing plenty of questions and breakouts.
