The slides and the handouts don't always flow together. Jim was excellent, probably the best of the 3 trainers we have had. I wish we had had him from day 1 week 1 to be honest. The week went well. He was the best at letting conversation go, he gave us good breaks to decompress and was great at adding extra stuff and websites to back up the discussion.
Very good delivery of CDM 15 information which made the whole experience enjoyable
Interactive course, well presented, learned a lot, thank You.
I wasn't sure what to expect, im a very nervous presenter not fond of the camera but you helped to ease my worries. I'm really glad I was given this opportunity and thank you
Luke was an excellent tutor A very well run course
I have really enjoyed it. I liked videos as it was a powerful message behind the theory. have used few of them to show it to other team members when delivering training around Housekeeping or Handover.
Very good, interesting course enabling me to gain the necessary knowledge and skills.
