Very good course

Excellent knowledgeable trainer who was very engaging with the group.

I found this a very difficult subject to grasp, The tutor was very knowledgeable and able to provide good clarification. I think most of my issues were down to my lack of prior experience and the complexity of the subject. Thanks for the support.

The assessments is something I will use in my current role definately

A lot of course content was covered in a day, so it was intense, but a very useful course with a knowledgeable trainer.

The content was not aligned with my job but i can take the content and transfer to the industry my job applies too. I feel more scenarios would aid the learning. Ideally one for each role within CDM.

We had Sherry Palmer for module 3 of the certificate. Sherry's expertise and passion in sustainability really shone through and she was an excellent tutor. Delivery was always well articulated and clear, with plenty of time for questions and the exercises we worked through. I think the content / materials need to be refreshed by ISEP so that more up to date information, links and examples are given. But this is an issue for ISEP, rather than Astutis as I understand Astutis have to use the content prescribed by ISEP rather than creating their own. Be aware that successfully completing this course doesn't give automatic Practitioner membership at ISEP - you still have to do the normal application showing your skills in sustainability so you do need to be in a job that will allow you to demonstrate the application of your skills. I'm really pleased that I paid for the course and know that it will certainly help me towards moving back into a sustainability job in due course. It brings together a wide coverage in sustainability and provides a good foundation if you want / need to study legislation and frameworks in greater depth should you wish to really get into the detail.
