A very interesting 3 days of training. Chris is a great communicator and explained the course with an interactive approach which provided understanding of the course. There were no dull moments and his wealth of experience and knowledge of different sectors made the course very exciting.

Enjoyed the course. Alot of information. Would have preferred face to face.

Would have liked to see more detail in setting action plans built around SMART objective setting for example.

I feel the course tried to cram too much into 3 days - i have done this course a few times before and it has been reduced from 5 days to 4 days and now 3 days. Hence why i have given it a 3. Chris Proud the tutor was fantastic - very knowledgeable, warm and approachable.

The instructor was really good and knowledgeable

The trainer was incredibly knowledgeable and his reference to external court cases where things had failed was very interesting. Typically with my role "I know what I know" and just reference this with internal safe systems. Having the reference and awareness to HSG documents and the sections that back this up is invaluable
