Isabel was fantastic. Her knowledge and delivery method is the best I've encountered throughout my diploma studies. Continual improvement is always important, but I honestly cant see how she would be able to. Her habit of providing relevant information links for each topic sticks out to me as particularly valuable. As it aided me in building my library of reference material for the DN2 exam, something I would have normally had a look for mid class in other sessions. Also, she regularly offered very good insight into what I find to be the hardest part of this diploma - exam answer formatting. I hope to see her again in future virtual classrooms.
