Gary was brilliant

Course content is relevant, and well explained.

First virtual classroom experience, and found it very intense due to the subject and what you have to learn. The tutor was expert knowledge, and the technical set up was very good. i have struggled sat in front of a computer for so long, but i guess it would be the same sitting in a classroom. Its something i could probably get used too.

Well managed and interactive training.

It was good training course through group discussion and sharing thoughts.

Overall very good, however face to face and more practical exercises may embed the learning better.

Very informative course

The legal bit was UK specific and needs to be more international. Alot of the course our leaders already knew and therefore i am not sure what more they would have took. Also being online i am not sure it helped.

Tutors were really helpful and knowledgeable. However all the issues with the workbooks was not helpful. Which ended up a lot of time was lost.

Positive: I liked the work dynamics and how proactive they were. The content and explanations were very clear. Negative: The training time and schedule were very long. (4am for colleagues from Argentina). I would like to close this type of training with a proposal for future action plans.
