Excellent curse, and I know this is training delivery, but a suggestion would be, in the aviation specific world, for IOSH to align it's methods and definitions with ICAO Annex 19 a little closer.

Very useful sessions

Great instruction. Keep engagement across the attendees and encouraged engagement from all. Regular breaks and exercises to keep fresh and not long and drawn out.
