Overall very good, however face to face and more practical exercises may embed the learning better.

Training objective is good, but too long for 2 days

This can be a tough subject but Andy was engaged and engaging. Very well done, clearly knows his stuff

I am very disappointed with this training A 5 hours training on health and safety is not healthy and safe. More if on top of it 30% of the attendance was not in working hours. Taking a training at 4 am ,when people usually sleeps it is simply not acceptable. Besides we, as sales leaders, we are not responsible for the safety of the places, so 5 hours that it could have been done in 1 hour for the role that we have.

Disappointed that all who where on the course were working from different learning materials. It would be better and more efficient if you sent out hard copies to amyone else doing the course.

Positive: I liked the work dynamics and how proactive they were. The content and explanations were very clear. Negative: The training time and schedule were very long. (4am for colleagues from Argentina). I would like to close this type of training with a proposal for future action plans.
