Thanks ,it was rich course and we have learned a lot.
I thought the course was excellent throughout and very well managed by Debbie, who was an excellent tutor for us all. My only comment, and it is only a small one, is that when meeting a team from Ireland, then if possible, all reference to legislation and documents in the public domain and so on, should be Irish, and not British, as there are sure to be some differences in what is in place.
Steve was a great tutor who was v engaging and adapted to our Museum context. It was also a nice way for the team to bond.
Debbie was an excellent facilitator and managed to keep all of us very well engaged throughout the day. The course was well structured, and I feel we have all taken away valuable learnings which we will apply in our business. Thank you.

Tutor was extremely knowledgeable about the topics and kept the sessions engaging - Course material was really useful, however found it quite difficult to navigate around due to the volume of material.
This was a well structured course and Gary was very knowledgable and helpful in discussions and with answering any questions.
Gary obviously loves what he does, very very passionate about the subject.
Gary was a passionate, knowledgeable and charismatic trainer 10/10.....Great banter!
