Good course structure. Not death by powerpoint. Well structured flow between powerpoint slides, open discussion, workbook and repeat. Having a trainer who has good broad knowledge of different industries was really appreciated. Good to have a H&S person who understands the reality and challenges there are with ensuring H&S practices. He promoted open discussions which came with some difficult questions challenging some of the stuff on the course but Andy had a response for everything that definitely felt like it came from a place of experience. Thanks Andy and apologies if it felt I was over-challenging sometimes but it came from a feeling of good engagement with the course!
