It is a very well structured course. I feel there is a lot of information thrown at you in a very short space of time and it worried me that it wasn't sinking in, However when it came to the assessment the knowledge gained just seemed to flow.

Great course

I have been on a few courses now which cover PTW and all have been beneficial and relevant. This course was the first which was online/virtual and I will say I was impressed at the fluidity and how the instructor kept the course interesting and on point. I have marked 'How much new information do you feel you have acquired?' as two stars, this was only due to my own experience within PTW as I don't think I picked up anything that was new, however, I would say it was a good refresher for myself. and would recommend the course as a great refresher to other colleagues and very informative for people who are new to PTW.

Good course, I felt that it definitely reinforced and built upon what I knew about the permit to work process. It has highlighted where I fell as a department / business we could make further improvements to further improve on our internal permit to work procedures.

The delivery of this session was really questionable. The tutor came across as arrogant and rude. Did not even do proper introduction, skipped so many pages in the book and not giving clear responses to our questions. Not engaging at all.
