Well run course, David provided great real world examples, and kept everyone engaged and involved. A lot to cover over 3 days but with the training notes downloaded they can be used for reference. Would recommend the course.

Very well organised and delivered

The only thing I would say is the Parts in relation to loto and the escalation could be dropped.

The delivery of the course was great, Stacey is clearly very knowledgeable and is very engaging throughout.

The course was very well structured and the teacher was clear and excellent speaker. It was easy to understand even for non native english speakers like me
