Ravi provided an exceptional course over 3 days. The content was delivered with enthusiasm and knowledge. I have taken alot of learning points away from the course which i will be able to apply to my current role.
I think at start of each day it might be worth recapping previous day’s learning in bulletin points.
Apsolute brilliant highly recommended and couldn’t asked for a better person feel a lot more confident in my job .
Ravi is a superb teacher. The deliverance of her course was second to none. She made me feel very comfortable within the classroom and treated everyone the same regardless of their knowledge. The deliverance of her work was very easy to understand & she was as clear on what she expected from us from the start.. I’d be very happy to undertake another course with Ravi again. good overview - could perhaps have been a little shorter in duration given the strategic rather than operational content
