I would have liked more detail about the H&S info in the learning book and more interactive ways of learning as I find listening hard to take in information over a full day. I will need to read the book more closely to ensure I have fully understood what is required for my role. The course info is useful in the book. And some real life examples are helpful.

Excellent course, allowed me to expand on my knowledge and undertanding of fire safety. I really enjoyed the classroom setting, it made it easier to learn. Tim was an excellent tutor, he was able to answer all my questions with great answers and explain them with real world experience. He was the best tutor I have had.
