Excellent tutor, great course.

I have really enjoyed it. I liked videos as it was a powerful message behind the theory. have used few of them to show it to other team members when delivering training around Housekeeping or Handover.

I wasn't sure what to expect, im a very nervous presenter not fond of the camera but you helped to ease my worries. I'm really glad I was given this opportunity and thank you
