Debbie is a great tutor, extremely knowledgeable and I learnt a lot during the week. Even when I received the wrong Elements and Workbook, she sent me that virtually and always made sure I knew where we were in the book.

Although I really appreciate the knowledge and the examples given by the course tutor, I believe time management let him down. The course length and pressure on the course was 'heavy' enough but having the day over run by 15-20 mins every day, made it difficult to maintain concentration

Steven really has a drive and passion for this subject and is exceptionally knowledgeable around health and safety this is also reflected in his calm delivery of the course. It is a lot to take in over the week but as a group we all became more confident. This is through Stephen's confidence, knowledge and how exceptional the delivery technique is.

Virtual is the absolute future! Better than the online version and would not hesitate to do virtual again.

Really good training session, Andy was very knowledgable and explained things really well and at a very good pace. Doing example questions and answers for homework each day really helped me on how to plan and structure my answers in a more efficient way as i have always struggled with word counts and blabbering rather than going straight to the point so it was very beneficial. Also doing it virtually really helped due to the mix of experience on the call and others sharing their experiences in real life situations. Im really confident to take my exam with the guidance provided so thankyou, much appreciated.

Would prefer course materials online - interactive or pdf, however overall my tutor Andy Borough has been superb! A very knowledgable, friendly tutor.
