Very clear explanations of CDM. Answered my questions which was useful for me in my role.
Good balance between theory and discussion, with a strong emphasis on leadership behaviours and building capability. It prompted useful reflection and practical actions rather than box-ticking.
Luke delivered the course to an exceptionally high standard. His depth of knowledge was evident throughout, and his clear, structured approach made the content highly accessible. Ravi provided an exceptional course over 3 days. The content was delivered with enthusiasm and knowledge. I have taken alot of learning points away from the course which i will be able to apply to my current role.
I think at start of each day it might be worth recapping previous day’s learning in bulletin points.

Ravi is a superb teacher. The deliverance of her course was second to none. She made me feel very comfortable within the classroom and treated everyone the same regardless of their knowledge. The deliverance of her work was very easy to understand & she was as clear on what she expected from us from the start.. I’d be very happy to undertake another course with Ravi again.
