Great course and trainer

The delivery of this session was really questionable. The tutor came across as arrogant and rude. Did not even do proper introduction, skipped so many pages in the book and not giving clear responses to our questions. Not engaging at all.

A fantastic tailored course. I've done investigations for a number of years but this course gave some brilliant tips on interview techniques as well as route course analysis. It'll make a big difference to my day to day job
