Very interesting course. Facilitator was very knowledgeable and engaging. Clearly knows his stuff and has lots of relevant experience which helped bring the subject matter to life. Thank you - I enjoyed those course.
Course really good to understand theory. Opportunity to maybe brief the instructor about our company and its structure. Eg not focusing on small business structure and tailoring it to Heathrow’s setup
For a health and safety course it was pretty good and very well presented by Stefan, he made it interesting and engaging

Interesting course with good pre course information shared. It was very heavy on the legal framework and management systems. There was excellent opportunity for sharing knowledge between course participants and good engagement which I would have valued more of. I would also have valued more content on health and safety culture as I see this as the PROACTIVE enabler to effective health and safety management.
