Enjoyed the course. Alot of information. Would have preferred face to face.

Would have liked to see more detail in setting action plans built around SMART objective setting for example.

I feel the course tried to cram too much into 3 days - i have done this course a few times before and it has been reduced from 5 days to 4 days and now 3 days. Hence why i have given it a 3. Chris Proud the tutor was fantastic - very knowledgeable, warm and approachable.

The instructor was really good and knowledgeable

The trainer was incredibly knowledgeable and his reference to external court cases where things had failed was very interesting. Typically with my role "I know what I know" and just reference this with internal safe systems. Having the reference and awareness to HSG documents and the sections that back this up is invaluable

Excellent course content. Very relevant to my industry and role. Andrew our course tutor was very professional and relatable. Venue and facilities including the food was excellent.

Very comprehensive and detailed course delivered excellently by the tutor using a range of practical and relatable examples.

interactive course using the activities to break up the presentation helped keep momentum and engagement. well paced with plenty of breaks and opportunities for questions and discussion. Course material is in need of an update but the tutor did a good job of keeping it relevant.
