Excellent curse, and I know this is training delivery, but a suggestion would be, in the aviation specific world, for IOSH to align it's methods and definitions with ICAO Annex 19 a little closer.

Very useful sessions

Great instruction. Keep engagement across the attendees and encouraged engagement from all. Regular breaks and exercises to keep fresh and not long and drawn out.

It's a fantastic training but it's a continuous long training which could be spread to half days.
