This course does not do well on line, it would be much better as an in person course. It was frustrating that so many of the interactive sessions were skipped, but we did more this time than in Week 1. Both tutors displayed a depth of knowledge about the subject matter that was impressive and their style was better. However, Huw did occasionally digress but I liked his examples, he did also have a tendency to talk over people and not let them finish. David was similar but on one occasion he cut me off and refused to let me speak because he assumed I was going to say something incorrect. I found this very rude and it annoyed me to the extent that I left the class. He made no attempt to check in with me following this incident. It must be quite difficult to get the balance right when you have a diverse group like ours, we had a number of people who knew a lot already but there were some of us who knew very little. That made it difficult to ask questions and it could feel quite awkward. This has left a couple of us feeling unsure about certain elements.

The course was presented well and the Tutor had great knowledge and made people feel comfortable enough to ask questions when needed.

Very informative course and personally I found it very useful to refresh my knowledge. It has also given me the opportunity to think about things a little different and to apply some of the content covered into my organization. Hopefully Debbie's husband is OK; against the backdrop of this situation it was great how Astutis were still able to successfully deliver the course materials. Thank you

I think that the content is massive and one session is not enough. Perhaps a bit more focuse on real cases or lessons learnt will help to understand how management can influence and change H&S culture in the workplace.
