Bob was an engaging tutor and the course was well paced, good amount of engagement breaks to keep people listening (TRUE/FALSE questions at the end of sections) and videos exemplifying how easily things can be missed/go wrong

I have been on numerous courses through work and many of them have dragged but Andy made this course very enjoyable and his knowledge on the subject is amazing.
