Loved it, learned a lot of new information.

The training was well-structured, clear, and easy to follow. The tutor (Kathryn J.) was engaging, knowledgeable, and communicated effectively, providing useful up-to-date material. There was plenty of group activities and information that were thought-provoking and reflective.

The tutor explained things fully in easy to understand language. The format of taking regular breaks works for me. Being deaf I have to concentrate more and get tired quick if concentrating for long periods.
