Competent, confident and affable delivery

Thanks ,it was rich course and we have learned a lot.

I thought the course was excellent throughout and very well managed by Debbie, who was an excellent tutor for us all. My only comment, and it is only a small one, is that when meeting a team from Ireland, then if possible, all reference to legislation and documents in the public domain and so on, should be Irish, and not British, as there are sure to be some differences in what is in place.

Steve was a great tutor who was v engaging and adapted to our Museum context. It was also a nice way for the team to bond.

This was a great course and fantastic presenter, just needed a couple of slides with Irish regulation, for example about fines and prosecutions, which I have asked about when booking the course.

Only comment regarding the course content would be to specifically tailor this to Irish legislation. Debbie was an outstanding tutor and displayed mastery of the content and also a very practical, pragmatic approach to the topics which helped put everyone at ease and extract the most from all participants. Would highly recommend, particularly if Debbie was giving the course
