Ravi was very knowledgeable in this field of training

Tutor very knowledgeable, communicated well and engaged the delegates effectively.

I feel week two was excellent due to the trainer Ravi. Ravi explained everything and made each topic come to life. I learnt more in day one with Ravi than 5 days in week one. Great course, best trainer I’ve had in 34 years in Welsh Water. Thank you Ravi.

Andy was very informative and gave some excellent advise and interesting points for me to work on,consider and become a more stronger,observant and efficient fire marshall.

Tim was amazing safety has been my weak area and I was worried coming into this session as I thought I would be out of place in terms of my knowledge but Tim made it really interactive and easy to follow.

As a fire Marshall / warden course I think this is invaluable course and more people if not all in Yusen should attend. This should not however be linked as an Evacuation Controller.
