I just completed the CSTF training, and it was an incredibly insightful and enriching experience. The trainer is really knowledgable and delivered the training to perfection. despite having so many trainings in the past, it felt like my first time. The course should be split into small sections

Martyn was an excellent trainer and I enjoyed the day. I preferred the venue when it was on the East of Cardiff. We used to receive a booklet which covered the course content which was handy to refer to later on, but we don't get one now which is a shame.
