Very happy with the training

It was an engaging trainings with lots of practicals

I find the training very refreshing. The materials used help me to have a better understanding. The trainer was very professional and have a good wealth of knowledge. She made me feel relax and feel confident in applying what I have learnt in practice with confident.

I thought that the course was fantastic and I really benefited from the all the interaction. If I could offer some constructive feedback, it would possibly be, the offer of biscuits and sandwiches, together with a much improved quality of coffee.
