I really enjoyed the training session today and I hope to repeat in 12 months time.

Very interactive and interesting session, dynamic trainer, do these every year and this time I have actually learned lots of new things.

Overall was good, the only problem was the ladies toilet, was dirty and no toilet paper.

The videos demonstrated improper technique when inserting a slide sheet. The bed height was wrong, and also when using the turn table the man had his foot on the equipment which surely isn't how you are meant to do it, surely if it were to spin he'd damage his knee?
