Good trainer

I really enjoyed this course! I was completely new to venepuncture and cannulation and learnt loads. I was nervous and Karen really helped me settle down and feel confident in my abilities. We were able to discuss real life scenarios that were engaging to me as it makes the knowledge easy to understand and relate to. I felt very engaged and comfortable with the group as there were 7 of us and we collaborated on many of the topics and extra tasks set. I would definitely do another course in the future!! 10/10

The tutorial was very good, but the room was cold. The teacher was able to put two heaters on which made a difference .
