Very good instructor. Very knowledgeable and engaging - got us to interact lots and share our experiences as delegates. Used her experience to help us understand and relate to specific topics. Andra was very personable. Thoroughly enjoyed the session.

Course was good. Please can we have snacks at tea biscuits, buns or croissants. Also need pens and stationery for notes.

The training is highly educative and the trainer was well versed in her teaching. Every aspect of the training was well explained including the practical demonstration.

The teaching method was very good for me whose a slow leaner and trying to get back to care work again. He explained and answered all questions clearly. Johnson also gave us lots of time for questions and made sure we understood before going to next topic.
