The trainee Steve, was excellent, explained and demonstrated everything in detail, engaged with all the students without being left behind. The class was active, friendly and had positive energy throughout the training sessions.

The training is more of practical and which more interesting ;the trainer demonstrated very well.

This was a course worth taking and a day well spent. All equipment available was useful and directly relevant to what we needed to do and know. Fiona is an energetic knowledgeable presenter full of passion for her job. I admired the way she keeps up with current affairs that are directly relevant to this profession and important in the career. Thank you for the opportunity.

I have been attending this mandatory training for about 6years and today has to be the BEST one. I say that because the trainer Mr. YANNEK has taken the time to explain each topic, I love the fact he used relevant and personal experiences from his career to help us understand each topic.
