The venue was too cold, lack of drinking water and not provided. hot water, milk ran out very quickly without replacements.

Good communicator

Jamie was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He made the sessions very engaging rather than just looking at the videos. Throughly enjoyed the training sessions.
