Good course by good trainer

The waiting area reception and to eat lunch there was very cold and training room a bit small and hot. Not enough time for lunch. The Trainer was excellent so enthusiastic and made the day a enjoyable learning session. She didn't rattle on about herself for hours before starting course day - She concentrated on the content of the course. There were no handouts.

The instructors were great

The venue was extremely cold with no heating

The presentation was nice and student and trainer share experiences and I actually gain alot of the experience and the trainer did well too.

It was very cold all through the period of the training.
